LENNY  (2013)

Details

ON THE VERGE OF SUCCESS

Lenny was the first of TNT's robots to participate in semifinals. Full of energy for Ultimate Ascent, Lenny excels at flinging frisbees accurately into the goal and can just about always be seen driving on only the two back wheels during a match. Making semifinals in two regional competitions and placing second at the State High School League's State Robotics Tournament, Lenny was truly on the verge of success everywhere.

Built with a unique mechanism for loading and firing frisbees, Lenny was incredibly accurate in both the teleop and autonomous periods, as well as hanging on the lowest tower bar. Lenny set the standards high for years to come, and was the start of TNT's many successes.
